Del Rio, Texas – On September 23, 2021, at approximately 0800 hours the Del Rio Police
Department was notified of the escape of prisoner Roque Martinez, 39 years of age.
It is believed Martinez escaped from the Val Verde GEO Correctional Facility earlier this morning, no specific time has been determined.
Martinez is a Del Rio resident and should be considered dangerous. He was last described as wearing all white in color thermal wear, he is 5’10 in height, approximately 230 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and has multiple tattoos.

PRESO ESCAPA DE PRISIÓN EN EL CONDADO DE VAL VERDE, LO ENCUENTRAN LAS AUTORIDADES
Del Rio, Texas - El 23 de septiembre de 2021, aproximadamente a las 0800 horas, se notificó al Departamento de Policía de Del Rio la fuga del preso Roque Martínez, de 39 años de edad.
Se cree que Martínez escapó de la Instalación Correccional de Val Verde GEO esta mañana, no se ha determinado una hora específica.
Martínez es residente de Del Rio y debe considerarse peligroso. Fue descrito por última vez con ropa térmica de color blanco, mide 5'10 de altura, aproximadamente 230 libras, cabello negro, ojos marrones y tiene múltiples tatuajes.
