Del Rio, TX - On Tuesday morning around 4 am a fatal accident took place on Hwy 90 just north of Del Rio, Texas.
Elements of the Texas DPS responded to the scene of a three-vehicle motor vehicle accident involving two tractor trailers and an SUV.
The driver of the SUV passed away along with on of the drivers of the tractor trailers.
A helicopter arrived at the location, along with other Del Rio-area first responders.
The road was closed for several hours causing serious traffic congestion.
According to sources, the accident occurred when two tractor trailers crashed causing the SUV driver to impact one of them from behind.
Dos muertos tras accidente fatal cerca de Del Rio
Del Rio, TX - El martes por la mañana alrededor de las 4 de la mañana ocurrió un accidente fatal en la carretera 90, al norte de Del Rio, Texas. Elementos del DPS de Texas respondieron a la escena de un accidente automovilístico de tres vehículos que involucró a dos tractocamiones y una camioneta SUV. El conductor de la SUV falleció junto con uno de los conductores de los camiones. Un helicóptero llegó al lugar, junto con otros socorristas del área de Del Río. El camino estuvo cerrado por varias horas causando una congestión de tráfico seria. Según fuentes, el accidente ocurrió cuando dos camiones se estrellaron y el conductor del SUV impactó a uno de ellos desde atrás.
