Eagle Pass, TX - Maverick County Sheriff Criminal Investigation Division conducted an investigation of an Aggravated Robbery and a Aggravated Kidnapping. The incident took place on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 in the late hours.
The incident occurred at a residence located in Zaragosa St in the Balcones Heights Subdivision.
The victim stated that he arrived at a residence located in the Balcones Heights area where he was held without his will at gunpoint and robbed at gun point where several of his belonging were taken without his consent.
Criminal Investigation Division Investigation along with Juvenile Probation where able to arrest two suspect identified as Juan Carlos Torres and Reynaldo Leija both 17 years of age.
A third suspect identified as Genaro Ramos in this case was arrested prior by the Eagle Pass Police Department. All three males were arrested and charged by MCSO for Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Kidnapping both charges 1st Degree felony.

Eagle Pass, TX - La División de Investigación Criminal del Sheriff del Condado de Maverick realizó una investigación de un robo agravado y un secuestro agravado. El incidente tuvo lugar el miércoles 11 de marzo de 2020 en las últimas horas.
El incidente ocurrió en una residencia ubicada en la calle Zaragosa en la subdivisión de Balcones Heights.
La víctima declaró que llegó a una residencia ubicada en el área de Balcones Heights donde fue retenido sin su voluntad a punta de pistola y se frotó a punta de pistola donde se llevaron a varios de sus pertenencias sin su consentimiento.
División de Investigación Criminal Investigación junto con Libertad Condicional Juvenil donde pudieron arrestar a dos sospechosos identificados de la siguiente manera, Juan Carlos Torres y Reynaldo Leija, ambos de 17 años de edad.
Un tercer sospechoso identificado como Genaro Ramos en este caso fue arrestado antes por el Departamento de Policía de Eagle Pass. Los tres hombres fueron arrestados y acusados por MCSO por robo agravado y secuestro agravado, ambos cargos de delito grave de primer grado.
