EAGLE PASS, TX – A Texas National Guard soldier, identified as Alfredo López, 22, has been released from custody after posting 10% of a $125,000 bond imposed by a judge. López faces multiple charges stemming from a February 22 crash on El Indio Highway that left five people injured.
