Eagle Pass, TX - A 60-year-old man identified as Dale Jimmie Fuller was arrested by elements of the Auto Theft division of the Eagle Pass Police Department (EPPD) after being caught in possession of an all-terrain vehicle that had a stolen report in the state of Missouri.
The man's arrest was first made at international bridge number two, after Customs and Border Protection officers, discovered that the unit was part of an active stolen report in that region.
The Polaris RZR was immediately possessed by the police department, said vehicles have a high demand and usually run at a high price.
Fuller was turned over to EPPD, after corroborating the theft, prosecuted the individual through a justice of the peace for theft of property over $ 2,500 and later transported him to the Maverick County jail, Sgt. René Cardona, from the Auto Theft division said.
