30-year-old aggressor was arrested and charged with theft, he was also fired from his bartender job.
San Antonio, TX - On Tuesday an altercation was recorded by a teen who claims he was attacked by 30-year-old Kino Jimenez for wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat.
The above video was recorded on July 4 at approximately 2:00 A.M. at a San Antonio-Area Whataburger, it was immediately posted and went viral on Facebook, the incident captured nation-wide attention.
The accused aggressor was fired from his job when management became aware of the viral video. Jimenez was arrested charged with theft on Wednesday, one day after the incident at his home in Universal City.
A witness claims the attack was provoked by the teenagers racists remarks about “hanging blacks” and killing of minorities.
According to an article on KENS 5, the witness claimed, "They were talking about for the Fourth of July hanging black people from trees that that would be the perfect party. Hopefully, with Donald Trump within the next few years, we can celebrate a white country, a real country without blacks. Maybe we can deport them to Africa."
