BP agents in the Del Rio sector are overwhelmed with the thousands of Haitians stranded under the bridge
Del Rio, TX - The Del Rio sector needs urgent help from the federal government; US Congressman Tony Gonzales responded to the area and paid a visit in the early hours of Thursday to see firsthand how he can assist at the federal level.
Senator Ted Cruz followed Gonzales' visit and made a video statement assuring that President Joe Biden can end the situation "tomorrow" simply by obeying the law. "10,503 illegal aliens were under this bridge last night because Joe Biden made a political decision to cancel deportation flights to Haiti," Senator Cruz said. "The Border Patrol is overcapacity. It’s indefensible, it’s inhuman, and it was entirely caused by Biden & Harris."
The catastrophic week is almost over and President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have yet to show up at the migrant camp holding more than 10,000 people with nowhere to go.
The two Republican leaders (Cruz and Gonzales) blame the Biden administration for the overcrowding of the Haitian population in Del Rio, claiming that the president has stopped the deportation process of these migrants. U.S. Congressman Tony Gonzales expresses his concerns, "The city is now completely overrun and our Border Patrol is overwhelmed. Haitians must be returned to their country of origin. President Biden and Sec. Mayorkas need to act NOW."
Meanwhile, the understaffed Border Patrol agents in the Del Rio sector are overwhelmed with very limited resources to deal with the chaos caused by the thousands of stranded immigrants.

El senador Ted Cruz siguió la visita de Gonzales e hizo una declaración en video asegurando que el presidente Joe Biden puede poner fin a la situación "mañana" simplemente obedeciendo la ley. "10.503 inmigrantes ilegales estaban debajo de este puente anoche porque Joe Biden tomó la decisión política de cancelar los vuelos de deportación a Haití", dijo el Senador Cruz. "La Patrulla Fronteriza es un exceso de capacidad. Es indefendible, es inhumano y fue causado enteramente por Biden & Harris".
