Driver of a Ford Mustang was traveling on Veterans Blvd and was impacted by a Chevrolet Cruze driven by 29 year old Emmanuel Galvan, who fled the scene. The suspect was pursued by elements of the Maverick County Sheriff Department and Eagle Pass Police Department. The Chevrolet Cruze driver later crashed into a tree by Juanita and Tina Dr. and attempted to flee the scene on foot but was hurt due to the impact and failed to do so, he was arrested and transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center. Suspect pending to be charged.
